Great tour to see, learn and experience Morocco
Arranged the tour with the company directly. From the beginning they were responsive and asked question to make sure they would arrange the tour we were looking for. Very clear information of what was included or not included in the tour. Transportation/drivers (Mohcine and Hassan) were great and they kept us well inform of the drive, cities or important places as well as provided information about pick ups/drop off. Stayed in beautiful traditional Moroccan Riads. Some locations we visited were crowded but it was to be expected an some tourist locations.

Amazing time with Aimed and staff at the camp.
The best part of this trip was meeting our driver Aimed. He was very charming, funny, personable, helpful and we all hated having to say goodbye. We had a blast with him during our drive to the desert and back to Fes. We learned more about Morocco and the culture in our time with Aimed than we did any other driver or guide during our stay in Morocco. Sunset in Desert

Absolutely Disappointed
Well, I will start with the good points: nice stay in the Hotel Ouzazarte, nice buffet at the "desert", nice guide in Rissani, amazing driver and incredible group. Then: we have arrived at merzouga the sun was almost gone. The group made a 15m travel by camel in the imediaton of the tent. I have booked without travel in the camel due to allergies, and the team doesn't had solution and was very rude. I had to wait sited at the door of the camp. In the morning we have seen the sunrise at 6 am and at 7am we were leaving. The team of the desert tens had already picken up our things. People that were there to make sandboarding never did. The "desert", the dunes and Erg Chebbi were easily 2 hours away by foot or camel. Then, we have only stayed at Ou a arte, no time at all to visit the city. In Ait Ben Haddou we had 1h with a guide that made the tour running, no time to stop, see the streets, shop, water. It was running and just saying what movies were played there. Absolute non sense. Older people couldn't keep up the pace. So the travel was a total tourist trap, since the main goal of the trip is not definetly accomplished.

AVOID THIS OPERATOR - TERRIBLE SERVICE
TL;DR - They cancelled our transfer last minute then forced us to pay 500dh extra. I booked the 11am transfer from Fes to Chefchaouen for 2 people. When I woke up that morning, I still hadn’t had the pickup location confirmed, so I messaged the operator. They told me at 10:45am (15 minutes before we were meant to be picked up) that the booking confirmation went to their spam and they never saw it, so they wouldn’t be able to offer the 11am service. They offered to switch us to the afternoon service, but that would’ve meant missing our important plans in Chefchaouen. So, they offered us a private transfer - with no discount (1,600dh). I tried to reason with them by saying it wasn’t our fault they missed our booking, so we should get a discount. They were very rude and took no accountability - they said they shouldn’t have to lose any money for missing the email, it should be me instead. In the end they only agreed to a 300dh discount if they could cancel the GetYourGuide booking, so I wouldn’t be able to write a bad review. This company is extremely rude and unreliable. They took no accountability and tried to squeeze as much money out of us as possible. I actually think they saw the email, but got no more bookings (they confirmed we were the only two), so didn’t want to run the service. Overall, terrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pleasant transfer with a friendly guide
We had a private transfer from Chefchaouen to Fes. 4 people with luggage. Our driver Reda picked us up on time at the agreed-upon place in a comfortable car. No guide present in Chefchauen, but specially booked with a guide.
We booked this tour because a guide was supposed to show us around Chefchaouen first. We know nothing in Chefchaouen and then enough free time to walk around the medina. We were in a small group in the transfer bus and everyone in the bus was convinced that we would get a tour first. Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, it was said that no guide had been booked. The driver called again, but heard the same thing. So this was very bad, because I thought; I don't have to look for anything, because we first have a tour guide.. and then you are dropped off; this is the Medina and there are the restaurants. Nothing to complain about the driver, because he drove well. But it's a shame that this is not included if you booked it specially. For the whole group, this was a disappointment.

Great trip
We had an amazing experience with Zaki as our driver from Fes to Marrakech. He made our journey so comfortable and enjoyable, stopping at the desert on the first day, Ouarzazate on the second day, and finally dropping us off safely in Marrakech on the third day. Zaki was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire trip. One of the ladies in our group was pregnant, and he was especially thoughtful with her, making sure to stop whenever she needed a break and always checking that she was comfortable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and memorable journey. We truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and care. Great tour, many impressions

Friendly and speaks perfect English
Our driver Zaki speaks perfectly English and gave us little facts about the city fez along the drive. Very professional and on schedule. Would definitely book him again as our driver
