Itinerary
1Day 1: Casablanca “Arrival to Morocco” / Marrakech
Day 1: Casablanca “Arrival to Morocco” / Marrakech
Upon arrival at Casablanca Airport, you will meet our driver/guide. Depending on the arrival time, if the arrival is in the morning, you will visit Casablanca, including Hassan II Mosque. As it is the second largest mosque in the world and indeed a beautiful work of art, it is one of the rare mosques opened to non-Muslims. Before we travel to Marrakech, check-in at the hotel for dinner & overnight.
2Day 2: Marrakech “Guided Tour”
Day 2: Marrakech “Guided Tour”
After breakfast, you will have a full-day tour to visit Marrakech. The visit will include the Menara Gardens, a magnificent pool surrounded by flowers, the Koutoubia Minaret, the Saadian Tombs, the Museum of Dar Si Said with the best display of Berber arts and crafts, and the Bahia Palace. Lunch will be in a local restaurant, after which we will walk through the colorful Souks of Marrakech. The day will conclude with a sunset drink overlooking the Jamaa El Fna Square. Dinner & overnight in the hotel.
3Day 3: Marrakech / Meknes / Fez

After breakfast, depart towards Fez, passing through Meknes, one of the Imperial Cities. We will visit Meknes, including Bab Khemis, the stables (Rua), attics (HERI), and the Stud. A stop is needed at the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail and the famous Bab Mansour El on the vast square Hedim. On the other side of the square, the Museum of Moroccan Art “Dar Jamai” offers a wide variety of handicrafts. Then we continue traveling to Fez. Check-in at the hotel. In the evening, dinner and overnight in the hotel.
4Day 4: Fez “Medina Guided Tour”

In the morning, you will begin your guided tour of the medina, one of the world’s largest walled-in cities. You will explore the narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets, and many other art objects of Morocco. You will visit mosques, including the Quaraouiyine Mosque founded in 859 by Fatima el Fihri and the Andalusian Mosque dating back to 860. Entry is not permitted for non-Muslims. Fountains, including the Nejjarine Fountain. Medersas (Koranic schools) founded as early as the 13th century. Batha Palace, now a museum of arts and traditions. Chouwara Tanneries. Souks, including Souk Attarine, one of the liveliest in the city. Bab Boujloud with its green and blue ceramics. The King’s Palace. In the afternoon, visit the borj north or south to see the old medina from the top and sunset. Dinner in a restaurant with a spectacle & overnight in the hotel.
5Day 5: Fez / Volubilis / Chefchaouen or Tangier
Day 5: Fez / Volubilis / Chefchaouen or Tangier
After breakfast, depart towards Chefchaouen or Tangier. On the road, we will stop to visit the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis and spend some time exploring the 2000-year-old ruins and getting a picture of life during the Roman Empire. We will get to Chefchaouen or Tangier in the afternoon. After a walk through the city, dinner & overnight in the hotel.
6Day 6: Depart Morocco
Day 6: Depart Morocco
After breakfast, depending on the departure time, transfer to the port for the end of the trip.
