Day Trip to Chefchaouen from Tangier

This excursion starts after we meet you in the morning from the Port/Airport/Hotel. We leave Tangier toward Chefchaouen, the famous blue city of Morocco in the Rif Mountains. A dramatic way to an ancient village clinging to the mountainside. The light that emerges from this village has inspired several Moroccan and foreign artists. On the route, you will see small villages along the route to Chefchaouen. When we arrived, you will have a tour of this “cool” blue town, tucked away in the mountains. You will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Rif Mountains. Chefchaouen is a city with whitewashed houses with blue and white. You will visit the place Outa el Hammam, the great mosque Tarik Ben Ziad. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the great mosque Tarik Ben Ziad, whose octagonal minaret is inspired by that of the Torre de Oro in Seville. This Andalusian architecture is found in the casbah and gardens in the heart of the medina. You can have a walk on the mountain to enjoy the beauty of nature. Then take the road back to Tangier.
